The Fabulous Swampsnakes are one of the top bands in the Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Northampton area and performs gigs in all these towns as well as Buckingham and even Welwyn Garden City! The band play mainly stonking rock and boogie covers from the likes of Free, Jimi Hendrix, Bad Company, Status Quo, Stevie Ray Vaughan, the Dandy Warhols, Iggy Pop, the Ramones and Eric Clapton, to name a few. The band are a four-piece, comprising Mick Moyle on guitar and harp, Phil Lewis on bass and background grunts, Ian Wohlman on drums and Sat Nav and Andrew Longman on lead vocals and guitar. When Ian Wohlman is flying round the globe, wheeling and dealing, the drum throne is often occupied by Alan Plom, who is a Hussie or occasionally by up-and-coming drummer, John Fretwell.
